Something Between Guacamole and Salsa

I made some guac/salsa type of dish the other night and it was quite tasty, so I noted how I made it:

1 avocado 2 tomato (vine) ½ large onion 1 small lime ½ habanero Red wine Olive oil Salt Pepper 6 fresh cilantro sprigs ½ peach
