OS X Keyboard Shortcut To Move Focus To Menu Bar

I try to use my mouse as little as possible, and one thing I have found that I still often use the mouse for is selecting something from the Menu Bar in OS X. Instead of using the mouse to select a Menu Bar action in OS X, you can jump focus to the Menu Bar using the keyboard shortcut:
