So much of repugnant behavior is about getting something for nothing
We are co-selecting for a whole bunch of admirable quality traits. Once you get rid of the people in your life, in your community, your gym, your neighborhood, who want something for nothing, who don’t understand that it’s through sacrifice and commitment and rigor, ardor, sweat, that good things come, things like thieves disappear. So much of repugnant behavior is about getting something for nothing. Crossfitters don’t believe that it is possible.
